Deyar General Trading LLC is committed to sourcing and distributing only genuine, authentic products. We do not knowingly source, trade, or distribute counterfeit, grey market, or unauthorised products.

We apply due diligence in the qualification of our suppliers and sourcing channels to mitigate the risk of counterfeit products entering our supply chain. Where product authenticity concerns arise, we take immediate steps to investigate and, where necessary, withdraw affected products from distribution.

Customers who have concerns about the authenticity of products sourced through Deyar General Trading LLC are encouraged to contact us directly. We take all such concerns seriously and will cooperate fully with any investigation.

We apply due diligence in the selection and management of our suppliers, freight partners, and other supply chain participants. This includes verification of supplier identity, assessment of commercial reputation, and review of relevant documentation.

We do not knowingly engage with suppliers or partners who are subject to applicable sanctions, who are involved in illegal activities, or whose business practices are inconsistent with our ethics standards.

We maintain records of our supplier relationships and supply chain transactions to support traceability and auditability. These records are available to our financial institution partners and relevant regulatory authorities upon request and in accordance with applicable law.

Deyar General Trading LLC complies with applicable export control regulations, including UAE export control requirements and the export control regimes of origin countries for products we trade. We do not knowingly facilitate the export of controlled goods to prohibited destinations or end-users.

We screen transactions against applicable sanctions lists and do not engage in business with individuals, entities, or countries subject to applicable sanctions. Our screening process is applied to customers, suppliers, and other counterparties.

Where export licences or other authorisations are required for specific products or destinations, we ensure that the necessary authorisations are obtained before proceeding with the relevant transaction.
